David R Pickett, 86, Independence, Missouri passed away May 25, 2016 at his home. He was an Army Veteran. David owned & operated United Sign Corporation since 1946. He was a pilot and loved to fly. David will be remembered for his loving fishing, sailboat racing and golf.
David was preceded in death by; wives; Helena and Maxine; daughter, Connie Pickett, He is survived by; wife of 6 years, Dixe Pickett, Independence, Missouri; daughter, Marcia Gorrell, Marshall, Missouri; son, David Pickett, Portland, Oregon; five grandchildren
