Michelle Lea Woods, 42, Blue Springs, MO went to be with The Lord June 29, 2015.  Visitation will be held 9:30-10:30 AM, Friday, July 3, 2015 at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, Missouri.  Celebration of life will follow at 10:30 AM.

Michelle was born, March 8, 1973 in Kansas City, Missouri.  She is survived by; parents Carl Ball and Sheila Dorries; son, Damien Woods; sister, Janelle Harris, Caty Dorries and Amber England; brothers, Cody and Jamie Dorries and fiance, Ricky Holmes.

    Precious Michelle, we miss you dearly already. You were loved and adored by so many friends and family members. We especially loved your smile and your caring heart. Jeff talks about his fond memories of you playing together as kids during his summer vacations there in Missouri. You were always so cheery and kind and fun. As an adult, it was so obvious that you loved your family. You did a great job of making sure your family knew you loved them. You were the best cousin, sister, aunt, daughter, and mom! We are so sad that you left us so soon, but we’re comforted knowing you’re with Jesus and Grandma and Grandpa. We love you, Michelle!

    You were such a sweet soul. may God accept you above and you can live rejoicing in His name. I grateful for your kindness and acceptance during my life . I am so sorry for any heartache you had to deal with for I know your heart was as pure as it could be. Please be an angel for Damian and watch over a guide him in the right path.

    I’ve always cherished the TIMES WE HAD GROWING UP I CAN TRULY SAY U WERE ALWAYS THEN & FOREVER BE MY 1 TRUE BEST FRIEND. I HATE MYSELF FOR LETTING LIFE GET IN THE WAY OF ME CALLING U EVERY SO OFTEN. BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE NEVER TRULY KNOW WHAT WE HAVE UNTIL IT’S GONE. DON’T HAVE TO MUCH FUN UP THERE WITHOUT ME SAVE SOME EXCITEMENT & ADVENTURE FOR WHEN I GET THERE. BUT DEFINITELY SAY HI & GIVE MY DAD A BIG BIG HUG FOR ME & TELL HIM I MISS HIM & I’M TRYING TO MAKE IT 1 DAY AT A TIME WITHOUT HIM(BUT DON’T REALLY THINK I’M DOING TO GOOD OF A JOB). UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN MY FRIEND I LOVE U
