Patricia Ann Jason, of Lee’s Summit, MO passed away August 15, 2015 at the KC Hospice House after a courageous battle with cancer.  A visitation will be held at 10:00 AM on Wed., Aug. 19, 2015 with funeral mass to follow at 11:00 AM at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1800 Highway 150, Lee’s Summit, MO.  Mrs. Jason was born June 4, 1939 in Chicago, IL.  She had a contagious smile and laugh.  She loved her children and family, and was happiest in life when she was surrounded by them. Patricia was Irish strong her whole life.  She was a loving and fun mother with a great sense of humor, and will be greatly missed.  Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Jason. Survivors include her children, Karen Littrell and husband, Chris of Lee’s Summit, MO, Donald Jason and wife, Krishan of Olathe, KS, John Jason and wife, Heidi of Highlands Ranch, CO, Kristi Johnson and fiance, Adam Rounds of Lansing, KS; 8 grandchildren: Matthew Littrell, Morgan Katzberg, Lindsey Johnson, Nick Johnson, Hadley Jason, Jake Johnson, Sam Jason and Taylor Rounds and 1 great grandson, Brantley Katzberg; sister, Mary Ruyter; and brother, Thomas Wolf.

    Was such a sweet wonderful lady. I remember when she would make corn beef. She also would drive Karen and I places in her woody station wagon. She will missed. I always loved spending the night at her house and talking with her in her kitchen. I will keep you all in my prayers hugs and love

    I’m so sorry to hear of Pat’s passing. She was always pleasant and had a kind word for all of us in the neighborhood. Our family will remember her dearly. God rest her soul.
