Ronald Nelson Van Fleet, Sr., has crossed over “into life” at 5:08 am on Saturday, October 11, 2014. Ronald held the Priesthood Office of Patriarch and loved all of the Saints no matter which faction of the Latter Day Saint Movement they attended. He is survived by his wife Peggie, three grown children, Ronald Jr., Sandra, and Robyn, 3 grandchildren Christina, Derek, and Jillian, and 3 great grandchildren, Kyle, Dean, and Drake. When summoned by the Lord to move to Zion, Ronald and Peggie retired from their jobs and left Southern California to relocate to “the Center-place” in Independence, Missouri. A Celebration of Life will be held at the East Independence Congregation located at 823 S. Elizabeth Street, Independence, MO. 64056, on Saturday, October 25th at 11:00 am.
