Stephen held a special place in my heart. I’m so very sorry for his family’s loss. He was baptized as a young man at Grace Community Churh, and I know without a doubt Stephen accepted the Lord Jesus as his personal Savior. I’m glad our family had the opportunities we had with him. He rode to church with us many times growing up and even with me a few times after my husband passed away. I remember after he got baptized , he was smiling from ear to ear. He was hugging others and was elated with the joy he had in his heart. I want to remember that day. He was at peace and I do believe Stephen is at rest now. I know I will see him in Heaven one day. I’m going to miss him. I’ve met his daughters and they truly are darling. I’m praying for you Teresa, Shannon and the rest of Stephen’s family. family

o and Steve (aka Beave is what we all called him) were best friends pretty much their whole life. I met Steve when I started my life with Bo, at 14. He was always the one that I’d be sitting and talking to at the table, while others were in the living room playing video games, he shared our special day with us as a groomsmen in our wedding, helped us move into our new home…So many memories I have and could share, but it would take up the whole page. We talked, laughed, cried and of course fought…like all friends do, but we would always laugh it off and go on with the day. You could say he felt more like a brother to Bo and I. We will miss him dearly! We all know he is an amazing place now with our Heavenly Father, looking down on his baby girls, family and friends; waching over them. Our prayers go out to the family, other friends and loved ones of Steve. We love you Beave!???
