William “Bill” Barnett

William ‘Bill’ Barnett, 84, Kansas City, MO, passed away Aug. 27, 2012. Visitation will be 9-10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29, 2012 at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, Raytown, MO. Funeral services will follow at 10 a.m. Graveside services will be held at Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, MO. Bill was born Oct. 18, 1927 in Kansas City, MO. He retired from truck driving in 1983 after 22 years. He is preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include wife, Genevieve; sons, Richard Stewart, Mike Barnett, Roger Barnett, Rodney Barnett, Craig Barnett, Bryan Barnett, Keith (Tina) Barnett, and David Barnett; sister, Maxine Brown; 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
