William Charles Phelps

William C. Phelps, 82, Raytown, Mo., passed away July 24, 2012. Military graveside service will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth, KS.  William was born June 2, 1930 to Harvey and Fay Phelps in Kansas City, MO.  He will be greatly missed by his loving family and all who knew and loved him.
