Correen H. Jernigan, 91, Lee's Summit, MO passed away January 19, 2010 at North Kansas City  Hospital in Kansas City, MO.  Correen was born August 15, 1918 in Humboldt, TN to Fred and Mary Forsythe.  Cremation will take place.  Services have not been planned at this time.
