Barbara Joy Miller, 92, of Raytown, MO passed away peacefully Saturday, May 20, 2023. Barbara was born September 15, 1930 in Kansas City, MO.
Barbara was a successful Real Estate Agent and Broker in the Kansas City metro area for over 30 years until she retired. In retirement, she found great pleasure in Volunteer work, volunteering for the VA Hospital, Korean War Vets and DAV. Her greatest love was her family and friends.
She is survived by: three children, daughters, Sharon Sue Augur, Vicky Sue Charriere and husband Gary Winnie and son, Jess Stanton Pettigrew and wife Ruby; six grandchildren: Heather Greene, Samantha Baumer and husband Joe Baumer, Brent Charriere, Terra Pettigrew, Jess Pettigrew, Alison Hopkins, two deceased granddaughters, Alicia Lawrence and Carmen Charriere; and 19 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held June 1, 2023 with visitation from 10:30-11:30am and funeral service starting at 11:30 in the Atrium chapel at Unity Village, 200 Unity Circle North, Lee’s Summit, MO 64086.
