Dorothy Ann Kelley passed away on January 25, 2024. She was born September 14, 1958 in California. Later in life she moved to Missouri. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her son James Elden Conner, daughter Sarah Ellen and a grandson.

Visitation will be 2pm, followed by a Celebration of Life at 3pm, Friday, February 3, 2024 at Heartland Cremation and Burial Society, 6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, Missouri 64133.
